People need to know that you understand and are focused on them. They need to know that you have expectations of them as a leader. They need to see your conviction and credibility, and they need to feel your passion and confidence in both the subject and in them.
What people remember most is how you make them feel. Period.
Remember, people might hear your words but they always feel your attitude. Inspire others with your energy.
You owe it to yourself to invest in your future. What have you invested in your future?
The greater impact you wish to make, the greater your influence needs to be.
So, expand your scope of influence and be an inspiration to people.
