You can’t believe it, but is true; God Loves Leaders More!

I’ve invested time leading, helping people to lead, and developing leaders. I’ve made many revelational, insightful, illuminating statements on leadership as the Spirit took over and used me on the stage.

One of those statements I’ve made on a podium addressing men’s leaders one day is GOD LOVE LEADERS MORE THAN HE LOVES FOLLOWERS. Period. Please don’t kill me, don’t hate me, don’t stone me yet. If you can give me an uninterruptible 2hours, I will from creation to date, oriental Romish history to today’s Vatican, early European history to today’s European Union, USA from George Washington in 1734 to Joe Biden today, Nigeria from Nnamdi Azikiwe in pre-1960 to Muhamadu Buhari today 2021, founding OAU fathers to AU (African Union) contemporary leaders JUST only to drive in the nail that: GOD love all, but GOD LOVE LEADERS MORE THAN FOLLOWERS.

Let me give you 7 points out of many I would have given you in the live seminar;

1. GOD was and is the #1 leader and will remain the last SUBSTANTIVE Leader standing.
2. GOD is the HEAD/LEADER of all the heads and every head including satan knows that there’s the biggest leader above him called the CREATOR.
3. GOD’s highest desire is for people to submit to his leading – leadership.
4. Leaders carry out the script/agenda of the SUBSTANTIVE leaders, the boss in their jurisdiction.
5. GOD doesn’t tolerate a vacuum in leadership.
6. Leaders perform critically important functions to lead their group.
7. GOD is primarily committed and interested in who becomes a sub-leader (even if two |2] devils show interest in the position) since HE will not tolerate a vacuum in leadership hence, he will use one of the two to carry out HIS agenda.

So, GOD is interested in the program (policy/polity) of how leaders emerged in your company, office, extended family, church/mosque, association/clubs, Community, state, and nation – every political space. So you should be – get interested in how leaders emerge in your space. Act fast to stop the wrong people from emerging. Get involved because it MUST concern you no matter how you pretend it will not.

When our leadership recruitment process is faulty, we elect the wrong people, wrong people suffer us, enslave us, and burden us with heavy pains. Prayer doesn’t solve it EASILY and EFFECTIVELY than good decisions and efforts would have if put up earlier to elect the right persons. You can’t elect satan (because he’s in the same camp, party, or affiliation with you) and want him to be a saint. Our society makes this mistake now and then and we keep retrogressing. In offices, they appoint the wrong person and tell a lie that leadership is turn-by-turn, when it’s your turn, you correct it. Na lies! Leadership is not turn-by-turn, it is NOW and is 360°. If you’re a leader, you start leading NOW and from wherever you’re; up, bottom, peer level, or center. I do this every day.

Please criticism or abuse of elected/appointed POSITIONAL “leaders” doesn’t obliterate the error EFFECTIVELY. Pray for him to conform to what you want OR wait for the next election to remove him. Where you can a motion for removal legitimately, do.
